Principles of working with your data

I process your personal data as a controller, i.e. I determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and I select any other processors who will assist me with the processing. 

I process some personal data when providing services and operating the website.

In particular, the processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("Principles of personal data protection").

If you contact us in connection with the Services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. These are personal data in the following range: e-mail address, first name, last name, telephone number, in the case of purchase, also home address, and in the case of purchase as a business or company, also ID number and VAT number, account number, telephone number.

On the basis of the personal data sent, we will contact you in connection with the offer of services.

It is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR - performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures at your request.

If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the provision of our services.

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.

  • Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you by from us, we will work with the personal data we need from you to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. These are mainly billing data: e-mail address, first name, last name, telephone number, in case of purchase, also home address, and in case of purchase as a business or company, also registration number and VAT number, account number, telephone number. 

We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our obligations arising from the contract for provision of services. We will also use the contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order or regarding any complaints or queries you may have.

We will continue to process personal data to fulfil our obligations under generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or for handling complaints, etc.).

It is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our legal obligation.

If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to enter into a contract with you for the provision of our services.

I will process the personal data during the supply of goods or services and then for a period of 10 years from the last time we provided such services or goods.

Who will get access to the data?

Our associates, bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing, have access to your personal data.

We handle most processing operations ourselves and do not need third parties to access them.

To secure specific processing operations that I cannot do on my own, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect the data even better than I can. They are specialized in the processing in question and are GDPR compliant.

Processors of personal data are or may be:

- External accounting firm (accounting processing)

Furthermore, it can be legal service providers, printing and mailing service providers and partners cooperating with me in special promotions for clients. 

We only process personal data within the European Union.

What else you should know

We do not have a data protection officer in our company.

There is no decision-making based on automated processing or profiling in our company.

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you the right, among other things, to contact me and ask for information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to that data and to have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data we process, to request that we erase your personal data in certain situations and in some cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou). I would be happy if you would first inform me of this suspicion so we can do something about it and rectify any wrongdoing.
